These are the steps that are needed to do to backup a MYSQL database using phpMyAdmin
1. Login to cPanel.
2. In the Database section click the phpMyAdmin
3. Select the database that need the backup.
4. Select the "Export" link at the top.
5. Click the "Select All" link under the box with the tables listed.
6. Click the radio box next to "Save as file".
7. Enter a file name in the "File name template" box
8. Click the "Go" button.
