Follow these steps for a reseller to terminate a domain account.
1) Login to the reseller WHM.
2) Navigate to the 'Terminate an Account' under 'Account Functions'.
3) This will list the domains and users for the reseller and select the domain or user which needed to be terminated and click the 'Terminate' button.
