How can I assign a MySQL user to a database?

 Before assigning a user to a database, this tutorial shows how to create a MySQL user. To create a Mysql user login to the cpanel. Navigate to the MySQL databases under the Database section. Create the mysql user here be giving the new username and the password in the Username and the Password field. If needed a more secure password click the password generator button. After generating the password in the password generator, check
the box 'I have copied this password in a safe place' and click 'use password'.
 Toassign Mysql user to a database select the username and database name from the drop down list and click Add button under 'Add User To Database' section.
