Login to the cpanel with the appropriate username and password. In the mail box navigate to the Mailing list and click Add List and enter the information as explained below.
List Name : Enter the name of your mailing list.
password : Enter the password that you want to set for the mailing list.
domain : Select the domain of the mailing list in the list.
Click on the 'Create button'.
