I can send mails but could not recieve mails why?

 

     This problem occurs either due to the disk space quota exceeded for the domain or mailbox exceeds its quota limit.This can also occur  if the server's disk quota exceeded.To solve this either you have to increase the disk space limit or delete unwanted files.
